Contestant Guide

Make sure you are at the auditorium at least 45 minutes before your performance (it is not possible to give you an exact time as to when you will be called up on stage) 

1. Registration:

* Go to the Registration desk in the auditorium foyer.

* Register yourself and your accompanist & receive a contestant slip.

2. Filling the contestant slip:

* Fill in the contestant slip using capital letters.

Ensure that your name and zone is filled correctly. 

* Fill in your song name, composer and  your accompanist's name.

*Take note and remember your performance number written on the slip. 

3. Get your hand and your accompanist's hand stamped, to allow for entrance into the auditorium

4. Once in the Auditorium:

* Go to the 'Usher's desk' located in front of the stage on the right side, near the podium.

* Hand over your contestant slip to the person at the desk. 

* Follow their directions to your seat.

Once you have finished your performance please move to another area in the auditorium

All contestants have to ensure they are in the auditorium before their sections start.
